Introduction to noise firewall for RingCentral's softphone

If you are using RingCentral's softphones and suffering from ambient noise in your calls, SoliCall offers you an innovative field proven noise firewall software.

SoliCall's software is designed to improve audio quality in phone calls. The integration with RingCentral's softphone is straight forward. You can start by downloading and installing SoliCall Pro on your PCs. Once SoliCall Pro is installed, go to RingCentral's sound menu and update the Microphone, Speaker & Ringer to use SoliCall.

Now, whenever you will make a call, you should see the audio indicators on SoliCall turn *** ON ***

If you are running a call center then in addition to SoliCall Pro, we recommend adding the centralized PBXMate software component to attenuate the background voices in the call center.
