PBXMate Case Study InterMedia

InterMedia Marketing Solutions is a customer-centric outsource provider of contact center services. It is based in the US and supporting a number of Fortune 500 companies. It has over 1,000 seats and provides both inbound and outbound marketing services. In order to support this call volume and over 10 million voice chat minutes per month, InterMedia is using a fully redundant VoIP infrastructure that provides 24×7 up-time. InterMedia has decided to deploy SoliCall’s PBXMate initially on one PBX and gradually continue the roll-out. In order to monitor the improvement achieved via the PBXMate, it was configured to gather statistics and record few of the call (before & after filtering) for off-line evaluation.
